This is a test issue
That border is the result of a 'style'.
For example, look at DIET Is a Four Letter Word
Click config container block on the outermost block within the borders.
Then click the style button.
You will see that 'Prominent 4' is clicked
Styles affect colors, fonts, shading, and borders. In this case, it set the border.
This would be the end of the story if this were a simple block like a text block or a paypal button. However it is a container block that has blocks inside of it. Those blocks by default get the style of their parent, so if you set the container to be 'Prominent 4' then all inside it also becomes 'Prominent 4' -- and they all draw borders around themselves. (yeuch). To undo this, the blocks inside it have 'ignore parent styles' clicked. For example, edit the general text block inside of DIET Is a Four Letter Word and look at its styles tab.
Bottom line:
Set 'Prominent 4' in the outermost container
Set 'ignore parent styles' on everything inside of it.
